It features a spicy potato fritter, known as Vada, which is deep-fried to a crispy golden brown and served inside a soft pav (bread roll). The vada is typically made from mashed potatoes seasoned with mustard seeds, turmeric, green chilies, and curry leaves, then coated in a gram flour (besan) batter before frying.

This Vada Pav, coated in a seasoned gram flour (besan) batter and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown. Chutney and spices are inside this.
