Prepared with care and attention to quality, each item is freshly cooked to order and blast frozen to lock in taste and freshness. Your order is prepared on the day of dispatch, or the evening before, depending on the courier pickup schedule. Meals are packed and sealed in individual microwave- and freezer-safe containers, each holding approximately 500 ml of curry, which is the industry standard for two portions.
If the food is to be consumed within 2 to 3 days, it can be stored in the refrigerator. For longer storage, it should be kept frozen. To serve, heat in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes, or until hot throughout.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, peanuts, ginger, and garlic are handled. We take precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination; however, if you have any allergies or specific dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy:
Once your order is prepared, we arrange and book the courier to ensure your food is delivered on time. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, and once the courier label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy:
We deliver frozen food with the utmost care and necessary precautions. If you find that any items have thawed or that the packaging is open on delivery, please contact us immediately and make a short video. This will help us raise the issue with the courier company.
As food items are perishable, they cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery within the given time slot. If this does not happen, the courier may be unable to deliver the parcel, and the food cannot be held for the next day. In such cases, the courier company will discard the parcel. We will not be held responsible, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
If an incorrect address is provided and a label has already been generated or the parcel has been dispatched, we will not be able to stop, recall, or redirect the shipment.
