Puran Puri

Puran Puri, also known as Puran Poli, is a traditional Indian sweet flatbread made from whole wheat flour and stuffed with a sweet filling called puran. The puran is made from split Bengal gram (chana dal) cooked with jaggery, cardamom, and a hint of nutmeg, creating a rich, flavorful mixture.
