Paneer Paratha

Paneer Paratha is a popular and flavorful Indian flatbread stuffed with a spiced paneer (Indian cottage cheese) filling. To make Paneer Paratha, fresh paneer is crumbled and mixed with spices such as cumin, coriander, garam masala, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves, creating a rich and aromatic filling. The dough, made from whole wheat flour, is rolled into small discs, and a generous portion of the paneer mixture is placed in the center. The dough is then carefully folded over the filling and rolled out again to form a flatbread. The paratha is cooked on a hot tawa (griddle) with a bit of ghee or oil until it's golden brown and crispy on both sides. Paneer Paratha is typically served with yogurt, pickle, or a side of butter, making it a wholesome and satisfying meal that's perfect for any time of the day.
