At our shop, we offer Bhindi cooked to perfection, whether you prefer it with or without onions. Our chefs ensure each dish is made to your preference with the freshest ingredients.

Good to know

• Pure vegetarian guarantee: no egg, no meat, no fish. Pooja Foods — pure vegetarian Indian food, made in Wellingborough since 1992.
• Jain, no onion and no garlic: we offer dishes made without onion and garlic, and vrat (fasting) food. Our kitchen handles onion, garlic, ginger and nuts, so for Jain or allergy needs please call 01933 278800 before ordering.
• Delivery: across the UK by 24-hour courier in insulated packaging. Choose your delivery date at checkout; orders usually leave on the next working day. Free delivery on orders of £60 or more, otherwise £7.99.
• Storage and reheating: freshly cooked and blast-frozen. Put it in the freezer when it arrives, or keep it in the fridge and eat within 2 to 3 days. Reheat until piping hot all the way through (curries: 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave).
