Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta is a rich and indulgent North Indian dish featuring soft, melt-in-your-mouth dumplings made from mashed potatoes, paneer (Indian cottage cheese), and sometimes vegetables, all mixed with spices. These koftas are deep-fried to a golden brown and then simmered in a creamy, spiced tomato-based gravy.
