Gobhi Paratha is a delicious and nutritious Indian flatbread stuffed with spiced cauliflower (gobhi) filling. To make Gobhi Paratha, finely grated cauliflower is sautéed with a blend of spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, green chilies, and ginger, creating a flavorful and aromatic filling. The dough, made from whole wheat flour, is rolled into small discs, and the cauliflower filling is placed in the center. The dough is then folded over the filling and rolled out again to form a flatbread. The paratha is cooked on a hot tawa (griddle) with a drizzle of ghee or oil until golden brown and crispy.
