Aloo Paratha is a golden, flaky wholewheat flatbread stuffed with a spiced potato filling. Heat on a pan and enjoy with yoghurt, pickle or butter – or alongside any of our curries.

• Storage and reheating: freshly cooked and blast-frozen. Put it in the freezer when it arrives, or keep it in the fridge and eat within 2 to 3 days. Reheat until piping hot all the way through (curries: 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave).
