Aradiya

Aradiya (also known as Aradia or Aaradiya) is a traditional Indian sweet, particularly popular in Gujarat. It's made primarily during festivals like Diwali. Aradiya is typically prepared from a mixture of gram flour (besan), sugar, and ghee, which is cooked together until it forms a smooth, thick consistency. The mixture is then spread out, allowed to cool, and cut into small, diamond-shaped pieces. Sometimes, it is garnished with chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios, adding a delightful crunch and extra flavor.

The sweet has a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a slightly nutty flavor, making it a favorite treat during celebrations.
